AI isn't failing your business.
Your business is unreadable to AI.

AIOS Recruit
We're working with an executive search firm in Japan — a 30-person consultant team. We built them an agentic layer that automates JD publishing: the same good-looking, uniform JD goes out to LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, and their website.
Voice agent customer service
We're working with a home-services company in the U.S. We built them an automated customer-service voice platform — it answers calls, answers questions, shares product information, and schedules meetings for the owner.
Built by Dynaflow. Running in production today.
Your entire business,
one screen.
Every agent, department, and automation. Live. Traceable.

Inside My AI Operating System: The Workspace (Part 2)
The questions people ask.
What is an AI operating system for a business?
It's three layers installed on a company: a knowledge graph that maps how the business actually runs, a unified knowledgebase that every AI tool reads from, and agents that do real work on top. Instead of separate AI tools that each see a sliver of the business, one system reads from a single source of truth and takes action across all of it.
How is this different from my team using ChatGPT or Claude at work?
Chat tools answer questions; an operating system takes action. A chat window starts from a blank page every time and forgets what it learned. With a unified knowledgebase underneath, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot all read from the same company context — and the agents run on a schedule without being asked, writing results back into the tools you already use.
Do AI agents actually do things, or just answer questions?
They act. Every agent has an action layer: it can update the CRM, book the meeting, send the invoice, file the ticket — writing changes back into the systems you already run, with anything outward-facing waiting for your one-tap approval. A chat window gives you an answer to copy and paste; an operating system finishes the job.
Why build the knowledge graph first?
Because AI can only act on a business it can read. Most AI projects fail by shipping agents into a company the model doesn't understand — no map of the clients, the pipeline, or how work moves. Building that living model first — a digital twin of the business that AI can read — is what makes agents reliable, and it ranks every automation by payback before anything gets built.
Which AI models does it use? Am I locked in?
Any of the major models — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — and you can swap them at any time. They all read from the same unified knowledgebase through open standards, so the intelligence layer belongs to you, not to a model vendor. If a better model ships next year, you point the system at it and keep everything else.
Who owns the system after it's installed?
You do. The AIOS runs in your environment, and every install ships with training, documentation, and a runbook so your team operates it themselves after handover. Dynaflow stays on for iteration and new agents — the goal is empowerment, not dependency.
Where does our company data live?
On your own infrastructure, under your control, encrypted and with a full audit trail of every action an agent takes. You can see what each agent read, which tool it used, and what it produced. Nothing routes through a third-party platform you don't control.
Do I need technical people on my team to run it?
No. Day to day it runs through interfaces your team already uses — Slack on a phone, a web dashboard, email. Technical teams can go deeper through Claude Code if you have them, but nothing about running it requires an engineer.
Do the AI agents do things without my approval?
No. Anything that reaches a customer, sends money, or leaves the company waits for a human to approve it — usually one tap in Slack. The agents draft and propose; you decide.
What tools does it connect to?
The ones you already pay for — Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, GitHub and around 25 other pre-built modules. Connections run over MCP, an open standard, so new tools can be added without rebuilding the system. It's vendor-independent: if you switch AI providers, the knowledgebase and agents come with you.
